I just visited a fellow blogger at badpitch.blogpsot.com , and I read something I found quite interesting. In tough economic times like these, PR people don't want to take any chances that could leave them with less clients. They want to take the safe way out. Chances, are what break you apart from the group and showcase what you're made of. Who wants to be ordinary and do what has already been done. BE UNIQUE and show the world what you got. As badpitch says, when all the chips have fallen, "go on the floor and pick up the chips you want." It is such a common sense thing for me, that when times get hard pick yourself up and keep going, and have fun in the process. The same thing goes for the economy, and your job as a PR professional. Make the best of it and be creative. Your PR people, isn't in our nature to think outside the box?
